Fera Ariyani is an active professional with a diverse business analysis, entrepreneurship, finance and management background. She has a strong drive for personal growth and professional success and is also an MBA graduate from Central Queensland University in Australia. She has been successfully managing multiple business ventures while raising a young family.
Fera graduated with a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Persada Indonesia YAI in Jakarta. She began her career in the financial industry as a secretary and was promoted to an assistant business analyst global market between 1999 and 2007 at AAA Securities. During her tenure, she gained valuable insights into the industry's intricacies, honed her analytical skills, and developed a deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to expand her skill set, in 2007, Fera decided to pursue an MBA degree at Central Queensland University in Brisbane, Australia. The program provided her with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business management, including finance, marketing, strategic planning, and leadership.

Over the course of over 10 years tenure at TMP Consulting, where I currently serve as Co-Founder, I have gained extensive experience and expertise by handling clients from various industries, solving as many problems along the way.
My journey in the industry began with SAP Research Australia, where I transitioned from an intern to a full-time role as a Research Business Developer. In this position, I collaborated with the business development team on various projects, focusing on demo video creation, business case development, marketing material creation, and distribution.
I hold a Master of Commerce in Information Systems & E-Commerce from The University of Queensland, a Product Manager certification from Binar Academy, a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems & E-Commerce from Curtin University, and an Honors in Computer and Information Systems from BINUS University.
